vitamin C and A is needed.

i realised im quite heaty since the past week until now. have a ulcer under my tongue. pimples poping out when its after the week of the month. so i need more vitamin CCCCCCCCC. vitamin A is for my slight night blindness. heh. so, carrot juice and vege, orange, grape, have to eat more i guess. no body wash or buy for me leh. =p

anyway, met up with gabriel aft work ytd to have dinner at HK cafe. walk n run n chiong from forum to cine cos it was raining heavily. -.- so i had noodles with fish fillet instead of the forever baked rice. haha.

and then thx to gabriel, i finally found a suitable box for the hp pouch i did 97654346278334 decades ago for EVAN's birthday. idk when am i gonna see her man. think can save tt present up and pass to her for nx yr's bday. LOL

work today and i dont wanna rant bout it. very lazy to rant the same things everytime.

so i've been talking bout my PINK iPod nano and digi cam tt i wanted to get uh huh.
